Virtapay must open his dor to public , to be a virtuel bank . Now it's not a virtuel bank because , nobody can touch VP money . You can just buy digital who is just traffic to your site. Since 12 months and their service is not opening to public . We all give them confidence since one year . Imagine what happen with virtapay members , they want to touch vp $ and they can't . Go to facebook vp exchange and you'll se what happen , exchange VP $ is now big problem and like tentation for virtapay members . It's leson for all . LR , PM , MB , AP , PP ,... are all virtuals bank and you can exchange ,touch and pay with them online .
Virtapay can be calling virtual bank only if it can be exchanged , touched , paid physicals things online .
